SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed on the website are shipped within 15 (fifteen) business days of receipt of payment, unless you have been notified by For Horses LLC of a different delivery timing and you have expressly agreed to the estimated delivery date; for example, in the case of a custom order. No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Orders are shipped Ex-Works For Horses LLC ”no signature required” unless you specifically request signature service.

Delivery within the USA

For all orders delivered to addresses within the USA, a shipping fee will be calculated according to Standard Ground/Home Delivery terms and as stated during the check-out process.

For delivery outside the USA

Shipping rates will be calculated at check-out to countries where For Horses exports.  The Buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs charges and local taxes. 

Time of delivery and force majeure

The timeframe quoted by For Horses LLC is a good faith estimate of the expected delivery date for your order. We shall use commercially reasonable efforts to fill orders within the time stated but in no event shall we be liable for any damages associated with our inability to meet any such timeframes or deadlines for any delay in the performance of this Agreement by reason of strikes, shortages, riots, insurrection, fires, flood, storm, explosions, earthquakes, telecommunications outages, acts of God, war, terrorism, governmental action, transportation difficulties, labor difficulties, or without limitation to the foregoing, any other cause which is beyond our reasonable control. In the event of any such delay, our performance hereunder shall be postponed by such length of time as may be reasonably necessary to compensate for the delay. Acceptance of delivery of goods shall constitute a waiver of all claims for delay.

Cancelling an order before delivery

You may cancel an order after the order confirmation without giving any reason, provided the order has not yet shipped. Custom and special order items are excluded from this.

RETURNS POLICY

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and therefore we allow 10 days for return or exchange of your online purchases. Custom jacket orders may not be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same new condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging, with tags, including the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by us within 5 business days and the information will be sent to the credit card company used for the original purchase.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded. Items purchased from unauthorized dealers or marked as "final sale" and "as is" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Warranty & Repairs

For Horses will repair or replace new items if they are defective or damaged. We ask that you send a photo of the defect to foryou@forhorsesusa.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. If we determine that the defect or damage is due to our production or delivery, then we will repair or replace the items for you at no cost. 
For Horses fabrics and garments are designed and manufactured for use in equestrian sport. We recommend that care and washing instructions are strictly followed to ensure long lasting use. Wear and tear over time of our garments is not covered under warranty, nor is damage resulting from contact with equipment and or clothing/coverings with rough or abrasive surfaces that may cause pilling and tears. For Horses will not take responsibility for damage to items that are not the correct size for the user.

Gifts

If the items were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned items are received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the items were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund only to the gift giver, who will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

Returned items should be mailed to: For Horses LLC, 3420 Fairlane Farms Rd. #100, Wellington, Florida 33414 USA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
